The scope of work under this contract comprises renovation and construction works for the second project supporting the Korea–Iraq Vocational Training Center located in Baghdad, Iraq. The project covers a total built-up area of approximately 8,000 square meters over two floors and shall be executed on a comprehensive basis. The works include structural strengthening using fiber carbon systems, complete civil and demolition works, internal modifications and partitioning, as well as all architectural and finishing works. The Contractor shall also carry out full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works, including infrastructure networks, low voltage and low current systems, and all associated installations. In addition, the scope covers skylight works, roof waterproofing and insulation, aluminum works, partition systems, ceiling works, and external landscaping works. All works shall be completed in accordance with contract requirements, applicable standards, and regulations, and the facilities shall be delivered fully renovated, functional, and ready for use.
