Under Contract No. ITAD/CON/2022/007, the Contractor shall supply, construct, and commission three prefabricated buildings for the United Nations Investigative Team (UNITAD) Villa located in the International Zone, Baghdad, Iraq. The buildings shall be constructed using sandwich panel systems with steel frame structures and delivered as complete turnkey facilities. The scope includes all civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works required to provide fully functional buildings, including foundations, superstructure, internal and external finishes, and all related infrastructure services such as water supply, sewage, electrical power, lighting, and data systems. The Contractor shall also be responsible for the full furnishing and fit-out of the buildings, ensuring readiness for immediate occupancy, as well as testing, commissioning, and final handover in accordance with United Nations standards and applicable local regulations.
