Under Contract No. ITAD/CON/2021/005, the Contractor shall supply, install, test, commission, and maintain an elevator for the UNITAD Villa located in the Green Zone, Baghdad, Iraq. The scope of work covers the complete provision of a fully operational elevator system delivered on a turnkey basis. The works include all required mechanical, electrical, and civil activities related to the elevator installation, including shaft preparation, structural and builder’s works, power supply, control systems, safety devices, finishes, and all associated finishing works. The Contractor shall ensure full integration of the elevator with the building and compliance with applicable international standards, United Nations requirements, and local regulations. The scope also includes testing, commissioning, training (if required), warranty obligations, and maintenance during the contract period, with final handover of a safe and fully functional elevator system ready for operation.
